With a clean, modern design, The Woodward has an indoors-meets-outdoors feel that showcases excellence in form and function. Renovated from the foundation up, this home uses supplementary power from a cogeneration unit containing a natural gas marathon motor, which generates heat transferred through exchangers for the infinity pool, radiant floors, and domestic hot water. The beating heart of The Woodward is its Crestron-based home automation system, which connects to every facet of the home including lighting, security, heating, audio, video, and pool controls. With a high-capacity wine room and ample space to comfortably and stylishly entertain, two curtain walls off the living room open up to the pool and side yard.
